Level 3 Electrical NVQ
Most electricians on the NVQ are already doing work that counts. The hard part is knowing what the criteria are asking for, and how to show it.
Craig starts by reviewing your qualification and your progress so far. Together you identify the evidence your work already gives you, then agree a practical plan for what is left.
Around 90% of the assessment is done virtually: professional discussions, portfolio reviews and evidence checks. A face-to-face visit on site is mandatory, so Craig sees your work in person.
I got stuck on a few things which appeared way more complex than they needed to be. I approached Craig and he explained what they were looking for in a simple and easy to understand manner. This made doing the NVQ through him so much easier.
