Experienced Worker Assessment
The Experienced Worker Assessment lets practising electricians show the competence they already have and gain the Level 3 qualification, without starting again as an apprentice.
Craig supports the City & Guilds 2346-03 and the relevant EAL Experienced Worker routes. Your previous qualifications and experience are reviewed first, so the entry requirements, the evidence and the next steps are clear before you commit.
From there the process is the same as any good assessment: a plan, evidence from your real work, and honest feedback along the way.
Craig has quite possibly been the most valuable support throughout my entire career. I’ve been an electrician for over 25 years. From day one, he understood where I was coming from: my years of experience, the depth of my knowledge, and how I learn best. More importantly, he treated me with genuine respect.
