What customers say
What learners say after working with Craig.
Craig has quite possibly been the most valuable support throughout my entire career. I’ve been an electrician for over 25 years. From day one, he understood where I was coming from: my years of experience, the depth of my knowledge, and how I learn best. More importantly, he treated me with genuine respect.
I’ve had experience of a few different assessors in my time. In my opinion Craig is in a completely different league. He is incredibly efficient, with a no nonsense approach. If you put in the effort, he will get you there.
Craig has helped me and so many others in gaining their electrical NVQ 3. The assessment was very thorough but was delivered in a very relaxed manner which really made me at ease during my assessments. A credit to the industry.
I got stuck on a few things which appeared way more complex than they needed to be. I approached Craig and he explained what they were looking for in a simple and easy to understand manner. This made doing the NVQ through him so much easier.
Craig was amazing during my portfolio and assessment section of my NVQ. He went above and beyond to help, and under stressful assessment conditions helped me to stay calm and power through.
Craig Wiltshire gave me help I needed on every single task and made my assessments very easy and helped finish my NVQ in four months.
Brilliant assessor. The videos which Craig provided for the NVQ were very helpful for understanding how to complete my NVQ portfolio, assessments and AM2.
Provides fantastic resources and assistance to those taking the NVQ3 and AM2 electrical qualifications, would recommend in a heartbeat.
Craig is amazing, always goes above and beyond to help us learners! Never a moment where he hasn’t helped!
Had a great phone conversation and lots of advice from Craig over the last year. He is always there if you need any help.
Great service from Craig and co, best NVQ assessor in the country.
Questions people ask
Which qualification route is right for me?
That depends on your existing qualifications, experience and access to suitable workplace evidence. Craig can review your starting point and discuss Level 3 Electrical NVQ or Experienced Worker Assessment options, including City & Guilds and EAL pathways, before a route is agreed.
Do you support Experienced Worker Assessment (EWA)?
Yes. Support includes the 2346-03 Experienced Worker Assessment and relevant EAL Experienced Worker routes. Your previous qualifications and experience are reviewed first so the requirements, evidence and next steps are clear.
Can assessment be done virtually?
Yes, mostly. Around 90% of assessment is done virtually: professional discussions, portfolio reviews and evidence checks. A face-to-face visit on site is mandatory, where Craig observes your work in person.
What if photographs are not allowed on my site?
Tell Craig before the assessment. Secure-site restrictions need to be respected, and suitable alternative evidence and assessment methods agreed with your training provider. Do not take or share photographs without permission.
How long will it take, and what will it cost?
Prices are quoted individually, because they depend on your route, your existing evidence and the support you need. After a conversation about your starting point, Craig will give you a clear price and explain the next steps before you commit.
Can you support our assessors and IQA team?
Yes. Get in touch to discuss assessment capacity, sampling, standardisation, portfolio reviews or learner support for your centre.
Tell Craig where you are now
Your qualifications, your experience and what you are aiming for. That is enough to start the conversation.
- Your message comes straight to Craig.
- He looks at your starting point and gets back to you by phone or email.
- You agree the route, the plan and a price quoted for your circumstances before you commit.
