Who we are

What we collect
Enquiry form: your name, phone number, email address, town or postcode, your answers to the questions on the form, and your message.
Learner registration: your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, home address and postcode, your qualification route, years of experience, employment status, existing qualifications, your employer and line manager's contact details, and any learning support or reasonable adjustments you tell us about.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, to register you for your qualification and arrange your assessment. We use your details because you have asked us to, and to take steps before and during our work with you.
Learning support needs can include information about your health. We only use it, with your explicit consent given on the form, to make reasonable adjustments for your assessment.
We do not sell your details or use them for marketing.
Who handles it
When you press send, your details are passed securely to Craig W Assessment Ltd by email. The website is built and run by Elec-Mate, which processes the form on our behalf using Supabase and sends the email using Brevo. The website is hosted by Cloudflare. The website keeps only a record that a message was sent, not its contents.
To register you and arrange your assessment, the details you give may be shared with the training provider and awarding body for your qualification.
How long we keep it
Craig keeps your details for as long as they are needed to deliver and quality assure your assessment, and for any period the awarding body or training provider requires. Enquiries that do not go ahead are deleted when they are no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time, by contacting us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Videos only load from YouTube (in privacy-enhanced mode) when you press play.
